ARTICLE REVIEW ABOUT IMPORTANT OF DANCING

LINK TO ARTICLE OF IMPORTANCE OF DANCING:
http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/1357744/the_importance_of_dancing_in_life.html?cat=41

.
Dance is by its nature the expression of emotions, feelings and opinions through the movement and manipulation of the body. Dance very often finds itself in the form of telling a story or conveying emotion through choreography, set to a corresponding music score.
Dance is therefore a vital form of expression; a medium which can be used to convey a message effectively and powerfully. There is something about the beauty of seeing a highly trained and skilled body moving with ease and grace through choreography that causes us to watch and take note. Combined with an emotive music score, dance is a powerful tool.
Traditionally used as an art form by which stories and tales could be remembered and passed down over the ages; dance has also developed into a show of the perfection of the human body and a display of the great feats that dedication and training can achieve. It is a celebration of life itself.
I feel that dance should be more widely accessed as a tool to convey ideas and messages; maybe alert an audience of an issue; or simply convey a story with great meaning. Imagine if, instead of political adverts on television during election time, a short dance piece was shown to portray a party's policies. Imagine how effective and emotionally powerful this could be; you would certainly remember it. Maybe it would seem to be more relevant to you than a politician droning on? Ultimately I believe that we under-appreciate the importance of dance and so we under-use it; a great loss for both the dance world and ourselves.

CYBER BULLY

Cyber bullying refers to bullying through information and communication technologies, mediums such as mobile phone text messages, emails, phone calls, internet chat rooms, instant messaging and the latest trend of social networking websites such as MySpace,Facebook and Bebo. Cyber bullying is a fast growing trend that experts believe is moreharmful than typical schoolyard bullying. Nearly all of us can be contacted 24/7 via theinternet or our mobile phones. Victims can be reached anytime and anyplace. For many children, home is no longer a refuge from the bullies. “Children can escape threats andabuse in the classroom, only to find text messages and emails from the same tormentors when they arrive home."

Parents often tell their children to turn off the mobile phones or stay off the computer. Many parents don’t understand that the internet and mobile phone act as a sociallifeline for teenagers to their peer group. Victims often don't tell their parents because they think their parents will only make the problem worse, or that they might even confiscate their mobile phone or take away their internet access and removing that social
lifeline. While bullying is something that is often ‘under the radar’ of adults, cyberbullying is even more so. Teenagers are increasingly communicating in ways that are often unknown by adults and away from their supervision. They organise their social lives through these mediums. Their friendships are made and broken over these mediums.

In order to stop a cyber bully you first have to know your rights. It is your right not to be threatened and harassed, and if someone is doing so, even if it is with the anonymity that the web provides, you have the right to have it stopped. Cyber bullies often harass their victims on chat rooms and through social networking sites. They will typically follow you around the internet and bother you no matter where you are. They may also enlist others in their attempts to harass or embarrass you. Knowing what cyber bullying is, and how it happens, gives you the power not only to recognize it, but to avoid it. You can only stop cyber bullying if you know what it is.

Reporting a cyber bully in a great 1st step for dealing with, and ultimately stopping, one. If the bullying is taking place while you are on a public site, report the behavior to the site administrator. In addition, if you are at school, or on a private network, notify the school, or network provider, of the problem is occurring. If the bullying is severe, threats are specific or if there are multiple incidences, report the person to the police. Many police departments now have entire units that do nothing but investigating cyber bullying. Remember that cyber bullying is defined as bullying that takes place electronically between minors. If an adult is involved it becomes a much more serious charge.

If a cyber bully is harassing you, the best thing you can do is to block them. If you are on a public chat site, where you can’t block them, see if the site administrator would be willing to block or remove them. If you are on a site where you can block them, block them. For example, if they are bothering you on your Facebook page, simply delete them as a friend, make your page private so that people can’t send you messages or view your profile, and add the person to your block list.

If you are being cyber bullied, it is up to you to get help. Tell a parent or a teacher. Tell someone so that the problem can be attended to, and you can get help dealing with the psychological effects of being bullied. It can be extremely helpful to have an adult on your side, especially if the bullying is not singular in nature, but is a group effort at humiliation or threats. Many cyber bullies get others to help them attack their target. This means that a whole group of kids from your school could be online bugging you, making fun of you and generally harassing you. Cyber bullies thrive on anonymity, which means that if you can determine who they are, their power over you is greatly reduced. Cyber bullies might follow you around the internet, use the same chat rooms you use, post to your social networking sites and send you inappropriate text messages, among other things. Knowing that they can follow you and being aware of the ways they can harass you will enable you to put a stop to them.

So,as the conclusion we must stop this problem of social networking. It will harm ourself. We must take care of ourself. Stopping a cyber bully is not easy. In fact, a cyber bully can make surfing the web, connecting with friends and doing your homework miserable activities. Cyber bullying, like other kinds of bullying, involves a lot of negativity and confidence bashing.

Dear friend,

How are you? I hope you always fine with your family. How about your study? I think it easier to you to understands about your study because you are normally an intelligent person. I heard that you are in depression now. It is right? Here i want to give you some advice to avoid this depression situation.

Do you know that depression is not only a state of being sad, it is a disease that conquers the ability to feel emotion, whether good or bad, whatsoever. Besides, depression not only involves the mind, it also involves the body and thoughts of you. In different cultures some complain of excessive headaches and extreme pain and this is identified as depression, moderate or otherwise. So the first thing you should do is don't take on too much. While you is staying busy isn’t a problem, doing too much thing, too soon could be. When you are feeling overwhelmed, it will creates stress, and stress is a risk factor for depression.

Furthermore, the second thing you should do is exercise regularly. You should get exercise at least 3 times for a week. Some example of exercise issuch as Yoga and Tai chi. Next, you should work in positive attitude. Every time you must think positively in everything you had done. You must do your work in calm feeling. Then you shoulg take care of your health. You must eat a lot of nutrious food. It such as vegetables, fruit, and others.

Besides, you should put off big decisions. This will make you feel  like a new person, but it's not the time to make major changes. Even ones that you think will make you happier. It such as your family. This is a good component that you will ask everything. Then you must be a grateful person. Studies have proven that people who routinely write lists of things they are grateful for feel happier than people who don’t. So,you should studies anytime you are free.

Next, you must change the way you think. If something bad happens to you, don’t blame yourself. Don’t think you brought it on yourself. Don’t think that you deserved it. You didn’t. Sometimes, bad things happen to good people. Besides that, you should share problems with another person. Good friendships can offer tremendous help. Especially, if you can have 1 or 2 friends who are able and willing to listen to our problems. Our friends will not be able to solve our problems. However, simply having someone to talk to and share difficulties is a tremendous help in being able to work through your own problems.

Then, you should avoids feeling of guilt. If you have made a mistake, harbouring feelings of guilt will not help alleviate the situation. In particular, we are seeking to avoid feelings of guilty for minor events of no significance. Often we have done nothing wrong, but, others seek to make us feel guilty for their bad fortune. Instead of feeling guilty we should seek to concentrate on doing the right thing.

Next, you must have low expectations. Depression often occurs because our desires remain unfulfilled. The more desires you have, the more likely you are to be disappointed. After disappointment comes a sense of frustration and depression. If you minimize our desires then you will not be prone to disappointment. This does not mean you cannot strive for excellence and achieve things. We definitely should strive to achieve various accomplishments. However, you should try to have an attitude of detachment to the outcome. Nor should you expect people to behave in a certain way.

So, there are a lot or ways to prevent depression. As your bestfriend I should recommend you to avoid this depression. I don't want to see you in depression situations. You must be a strong girl. Do the tips that I give you. You must trust me a lot. I believe that you can be  a happy go lucky girl without depression. Smile a lot dear. I think I must stop writing now. See you next time friend.

                                                                                                                Sincerely,
                                                                                                                 UMIE,,
